STEPHEN is a 20yr. Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. In 2021, he launched an Apparel Brand called Through the Storm Apparel, the World's only premium hat company focusing on Mental Health. To date, over $80K has been donated to non-profits because of this mission which found it's niche growing through Music festivals. Stephen and Ashlee quickly fell in love with Western and Cowboy Culture which ultimately led to the beginning of Antler & Crown.

ASHLEE devoted 18 years in sales, marketing, leadership and Business Development with Aflac Insurance. While she never saw herself leaving the company, in 2024 she found herself displaced and in transition. Ashlee became very comfortable wearing cowboy hats and flat brims and wanted to give other women the confidence she felt when wearing a custom crown. After completing a Hat Masters certification in early 2024, Stephen and Ashlee pivoted Antler & Crown to being a brand for all.
